However our heart belongs to the small business owners and individual practitioners who have a passion for wellness and a desire to make a difference. That’s why we started The Wellness Makers™: to help you start and grow a wellness business and discover your full potential.
We designed this WellEntre Starter Kit with you in mind. We understand what’s holding you back, and can help you get past it.
I don’t know where to start or what to do.
You will, with our proven process: a step-by-step guide to a successful wellness business. You’ll be provided with a task board, templates, and support that’s tailored to your needs.
I have a day job/family - I have no time!
Delegation is key. You’ll have a dedicated Virtual Assistant providing you with at least 10 hours of support per week (or more if you so choose) - handling the ‘grunt’ so you can focus on the key decisions.
I’m not sure I can do this alone.

How does it work and where do we start?
The WellEntre Starter Kit is a subscription service.
It runs for a minimum of 6 months, and can continue indefinitely as long as you need support.

1 coaching session per month with our consultants
Get started in four easy steps:
1. Upon subscribing, you’ll have an initial online meeting with your consultant, to understand your unique project and vision.
2. The Consultant will then tailor our proven process to create your personalised project board. This board will outline your entire required workflow, and provide a quick and easy resource to keep track of all work with your VA.
3. You’ll then be introduced to your dedicated VA, who will proactively follow this process, working with you to make sure that things are done on schedule.
4. At the end of each month, you’ll meet with your consultant to review your work from the preceding month and plan for the month ahead. These sessions provide valuable feedback, help overcome any challenges and inspire you to continue onward and upward!
What is your proven process?
With over 50 years’ combined experience working on hundreds of projects globally, we realised that there are nine key elements that are common to all successful wellness businesses - regardless of size or location.

We’ve therefore created an online program that takes you step-by-step through the same process that we use as professional consultants, with indepth training in each of the nine essential elements.

Your assigned VA is part of a professional team that provides administrative, creative, and technical support. Specific to WellEntre, they can help you conduct quality research, build your brand guide, build your website, and provide admin support for recurring tasks. They can also help you with social media and Facebook Ads.
Some tasks may require more than the allowed hours, and your VA will make sure to advise you and you can avail additional hours to cover. -
For your consultants, the monthly meeting is the best time to present and acquire feedback. This meeting will be via Zoom and will be recorded.
Your assigned VA can communicate via email, Slack, or thru updates via Monday.com. For Slack, we’ll have you nominate an email and we’ll create a dedicated Slack Channel just for you. -
The minimum allowed for the subsciption is 6 months. There’s a monthly schedule for your tasks on Monday.com - but if you work through that faster then it provide you a chance to develop your business further with your consultant and VA.

You’re free to extend pas 6 months. Yo can choose to extend both or either just he consultancy or the VA support.

Your assigned VA is capable of developing your website. From copy, page layouts, and images - that can be covered. Based on your needs, the website can be developed on Squarespace, WordPress, or Wix. Since website development takes time, this can ba separate project with your VA.
In terms of what you need, your VA will guide in getting your own domain, hosting, and will assist in setting them up for you.
